State Record Buck! This 25-point
buck was taken by James E. Stovall of Lakeland, Florida, during a special-opportunity
hunt on Green Swamp West WMA. It is the largest recorded non-typical
buck taken with a bow in Florida. "This area has more real
trophy deer than any area in the state." according to Mr. Stovall.
