ATVs are allowed on named and numbered roads only, except during the small game season when they are allowed off-road.

Caravelle Ranch Wildlife Management Area: (24,869 acres in Putnam County)
Habitat: river bottom hardwoods, pasture and pine-palmetto flatwoods with small hammocks intermingled. Habitat: floodplane swamp, flatwoods, hardwood hammock and improved pasture. A daily hunt permit is required for the small game and general gun hog hunt. Hunts scheduled include archery, muzzleloading gun, general gun, small game, general gun hog and spring turkey seasons.

Jumper Creek Wildlife Management Area: (10,512 acres in Sumter County)
Habitat: bottomland forest, river swamp and oak-cabbage palm hammock. Habitat: planted pine plantations predominate, but there are several oak hammocks, bayheads and dense creek swamps. Habitat: flatwoods, hardwood hammocks, pasture, hardwood swamps cypress heads and sawgrass wetlands. Deer Hunting, None; Hog Hunting, Poor; Migratory Bird Hunting, Fair; Small Game Hunting, Good; Turkey Hunting, Excellent; Squirrel Hunting, Good; Quail Hunting, Fair; Camping, Yes; Dogs, Bird Dogs only; ATVs, No; Horses, bicycles and fishing allowed. This area also has nature trails for hiking and a bird observation trail at Bluffton Point recreation area.

Lake Panasoffkee Wildlife Management Area: (8,676 acres in Sumter County)
Habitat: bottomland forest, improved pasture and oak scrub. Deer Hunting, Excellent; Hog Hunting, Good; Migratory Bird Hunting, Fair; Small Game Hunting, Good; Turkey Hunting, Good; Camping, Designated campsites, Dogs, Yes/Hog-Dog; ATVs, Prohibited; Special-opportunity area, and all hunts, except the small game hunt, require a special-opportunity permit. Hunts scheduled include archery, hog-still, hog-dog, small game and spring turkey. Hunters are required to check in and out of the hunt headquarters.

Little Big Econlockhatchee Wildlife Management Area - Kilbee Unit: (1,646 acres in Seminole County)
Habitat: river flood plain with scattered clumps, containing oaks, palms and some oak hammocks. Deer Hunting, Fair; Hog Hunting, Fair; Migratory Bird Hunting, Poor; Small Game Hunting, Poor; Turkey Hunting, Poor (archery only); Camping, Dogs and ATVs, No; No quota exemptions on this area.

Nassau Wildlife Management Area: (25,699 acres in Nassau County)
Habitat: planted pines and some hardwoods near the creeks. Deer Hunting, Good; Hog Hunting, Fair; Migratory Bird Hunting, Fair; Small Game Hunting, Fair; Turkey Hunting, Fair; Squirrel Hunting, Good; Camping, Dogs and ATVs, No; All users must possess a Nassau Recreational Use Permit to hunt this area.

Ocala Wildlife Management Area: (382,408 acres in Marion, Putnam and Lake counties)
Habitat: ranges from dense sand pine-scrub oak communities to wet and dry prairies to longleaf pine-palmetto flatwoods. Deer Hunting, Fair; Hog Hunting, Poor; Migratory Bird Hunting, None; Small Game Hunting, Good; Turkey Hunting, Fair-Good; Camping, Dogs and ATVs, Yes. High cottontail rabbit densities are present this year. Hunters could encounter bears while hunting on the Ocala WMA.

Ocklawaha River Wildlife Management Area - Gore's Landing Unit: (2,917 acres in Marion County)
Habitat: riparian forest (hydric hammock), mesic to wet flatwoods, xeric scrub ridges. Deer Hunting, Fair-Good; Hog Hunting, Fair; Migratory Bird Hunting, Fair; Small Game Hunting, Good; Turkey Hunting, Fair; Camping, Dogs and ATVs, No. This is a new WMA.

Relay Wildlife Management Area: (20,507 acres in Flagler County)
Habitat: pine-palmetto flatwoods, creek bottom hardwood communities, scattered hammocks and cypress heads. Deer Hunting, Good; Hog Hunting, Good; Migratory Bird Hunting, Fair; Small Game Hunting, Fair; Turkey Hunting, Good; Squirrel Hunting, Good; Camping, Dogs and ATVs, Yes. Due to unrestrictive, long seasons, this WMA receives a lot of hunting pressure.

Richloam Wildlife Management Area: (56,401 acres in Hernando, Pasco, Sumter, and Lake counties)
Habitat: pine-palmetto flatwoods with scattered oak hammocks, creek bottom hardwood and cypress swamp. Deer Hunting, Good; Hog Hunting, Good; Migratory Bird Hunting, Fair; Small Game Hunting, Fair; Turkey Hunting, Good; Camping, Designated Campsites; Dogs, Yes; ATVs, Prohibited. Hunts scheduled include archery, general gun and spring turkey.

Richloam Wildlife Management Area - Baird Unit: (11,567 acres in Sumter County)
Habitat: pine flatwoods, forested wetlands, oak hammock and pine plantations. Deer Hunting, Excellent; Hog Hunting, Excellent; Migratory Bird Hunting, Fair; Small Game Hunting, Good; Turkey Hunting, Excellent; Camping, Prohibited; Dogs, Prohibited; ATVs, Prohibited. Hunts scheduled for the area include archery, muzzleloading gun, general gun, small game, and spring turkey. A quota hunt permit is required to hunt on this area. There are no exemptions. During archery season, a quota hunt permit is required for the first nine days of the season.

Rock Springs Run Wildlife Management Area: (14,046 acres in Orange and Lake counties)
Habitat: pine-palmetto flatwoods, scrub oak-sand pine communities, hardwood hammocks and creek swamps. Deer Hunting, Good; Hog Hunting, Fair; Migratory Bird Hunting, None; Small Game Hunting, Good; Turkey Hunting, None; Squirrel Hunting, Good; Camping, Dogs and ATVs, No. Numerous black bears inhabit the area but may not be hunted. No quota exemptions on this area.

Ross Prairie Wildlife Management Area: (3,522 acres in Marion County)
Habitat: rolling sandhill, dry oak hammock and wet prairie. Deer Hunting, None; Hog Hunting, None; Migratory Bird Hunting, Fair to Good; Small Game Hunting, Fair to Good; Turkey Hunting, None; Camping, Dogs and ATVs, No; This is a walk-in area that gets comparatively little use and is a great place to introduce youngsters to the sport of hunting.

Seminole Forest Wildlife Management Area: (12,524 acres in Lake County)
Habitat: pine flatwoods, sand pine-scrub oaks and creek swamps. Deer Hunting, Good; Hog Hunting, Poor to Fair; Migratory Bird Hunting, Poor; Small Game Hunting, Good; Turkey Hunting, Good; Squirrel Hunting, Good; Camping, Dogs and ATVs, No-except during Mobility Impaired Hunt; No quota exemptions on this area. Numerous black bears inhabit this area but may not be hunted.

Seminole Forest Wildlife Management Area - Lake Tracy Unit: (3,473 acres in Lake County)
Habitat: considerable amount of improved pasture mixed with oak hammock and pine flatwoods. Deer Hunting, Good; Hog Hunting, Fair; Migratory Bird Hunting, Poor; Small Game Hunting, Fair; Turkey Hunting, Good; Camping, Dogs and ATVs, No; No quota exemptions for this area.

Seminole Ranch Wildlife Management Area: (6,000 acres in Orange County)
Habitat: river marsh, open pastureland, hardwood and cabbage palm hammocks. ATVs are allowed on named and numbered roads only, except during the small game season when they are allowed off-road.

Three Lakes Wildlife Management Area - Prairie Lakes Unit: (8,859 acres in Osceola County)
Habitat: primarily pine-palmetto flatwoods with scattered cypress domes and oak hammocks. Deer Hunting, Good; Hog Hunting, Good; Migratory Bird Hunting, Fair; Small Game Hunting, Fair; Turkey Hunting, Good; Camping, No; Dogs, No; ATVs, Yes. During Prairie Lakes hunts, camping is not allowed on Prairie Lakes. However, there is a hunter campground immediately adjacent to Prairie Lakes at the Canoe Creek entrance to Three Lakes. ATVs are allowed on named and numbered roads only.

Tiger Bay Wildlife Management Area: (12,257 acres in Volusia County)
Habitat: cypress swamp interspersed with pine-palmetto flatwoods. A large portion of the area burned during fires in 1998. Deer Hunting, Good to Fair; Hog Hunting, Poor; Migratory Bird Hunting, Poor; Small Game Hunting, Fair; Turkey Hunting, Good; Squirrel Hunting, Fair; Camping, No; Dogs, Yes - Bird Dogs only; ATVs, No; Horses, bicycles and fishing allowed. Hunting and wildlife observation are the greatest recreational uses on this area.

Tiger Bay Wildlife Management Area - Rima Ridge Unit: (11,156 acres in Volusia County)
Habitat: flatwoods, hardwood hammocks and hardwood swamps. Deer Hunting, Good; Hog Hunting, Poor; Migratory Bird Hunting, Fair; Small Game Hunting, Fair; Turkey Hunting, Good; Squirrel Hunting, Fair; Camping, Yes; Dogs, Yes-Small Game only; ATVs, No; Horses, bicycles and fishing allowed. This area gets a lot of equestrian use, along with hiking, biking and birding.

Tosohatchee Wildlife Management Area: (30,701 acres in Orange County)
Habitat: pine-palmetto flatwoods, oak hammock, creek swamps with hardwood bottoms and extensive river marsh. Deer Hunting, Good; Hog Hunting, Good; Migratory Bird Hunting, None; Small Game Hunting, None; Turkey Hunting, Good; Camping, Dogs and ATVs, No; No quota hunt exemptions on this area. Dogs are allowed only during the special wild hog season.

Triple N Ranch Wildlife Management Area: (15,391 acres in Osceola County)
Habitat: pine-palmetto flatwoods, wet and dry prairie with scattered cypress domes, oak hammocks and oak scrub. A mixed hard-wood creek swamp runs the length of the area.
